Shipping policy

Delivery and shipping terms:

• We ship via Swiss Post.
  Within Switzerland, items are sent as letters or parcels (Priority or Economy mail). Orders with a value of CHF 500 or more are shipped via registered mail.
• Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart for each order. In addition to the actual postage charged by Swiss Post, these costs include a component for packaging materials.
• Depending on the shipping method selected, insurance against loss and damage in transit may or may not be included.
  It is the customer's responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method.
• Additional packaging costs may apply; these will be indicated during the ordering process if applicable.
• Self-pickup is not available.
• We ship only within Switzerland.
